Sabre MS Pricing
Straightforward pricing that scales with your use of Sabre
We aim to keep our pricing straightforward and transparent. Pricing varies according to the Sabre platform being used and the scale of the operation, with subscriptions designed to increase as usage grows.
Subscriptions are billed every four weeks in advance. The applicable pricing band is reviewed at the start of each billing period based on usage at that time.
Sabre Rec and Sabre Vend
Sabre Rec and Sabre Vend use the same standard weekly pricing bands.
For Sabre Rec, pricing is determined by either the number of workers payrolled per week or the number of chargeable users, whichever places the customer in the higher pricing band.
For Sabre Vend, pricing is determined by either the number of ACTIVE workers across the supplier network or the number of chargeable users, whichever places the customer in the higher pricing band.

Entry level subscriptions
Entry level subscriptions may be available for smaller organisations depending on requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Larger Rec and Vend deployments
Where workforce volume or chargeable users exceed the standard pricing bands, pricing is agreed according to the scale and nature of the proposed deployment.
Sabre Agri Provider
Sabre Agri provider pricing is based on the number of ACTIVE workers associated with each provider.

Farms using Sabre Agri have their own subscription, allowing the farm to use the platform across participating agricultural providers without requiring a separate subscription for each provider.

Pricing for Sabre Training depends on the size and requirements of the training operation.

Additional and optional services
Some client specific development, application form changes, optional integrations, transactional services and third party services may incur additional charges.
Any applicable charges will be agreed with the customer before the relevant work or service is provided.

Pricing shown on this page applies to new customers and new agreements. Existing customers may have different pricing arrangements under their current agreement.
